Meadow Fishing Park Renovated:

Hello fellow simmers? I have decided to add on some needed necessities to this community lot that is located within the Hidden Springs Neighborhood. It has a sleeping unit, bathrooms, and seating tables for your Sims to sit on. There is also concession stands for your Sims to buy food. I was thinking that the lot seemed to look so plain and boring so why not add on to it. This will make it easier for your Sims mood to reach higher level without using any cheats or running back and forth home so that they can eat or use the toilet. I hope you like it. Enjoy!!

Renovated Regency Arcade

Hello Everyone, I decided to renovate the Maxis Regency Arcade Center. I made it into a Casino with Hotel and Karaoke amenities. I added two more floor levels to the building, and added nice new colorful animated objects. I added arcade machines, and pool tables. The first level has a entrance on the casino side that your Sims can check into the hotel. The other side has the actual gambling machines, fortune teller table, and outside you could add the bowling alley that comes in showtime to add some more interactions available. You could also use this as a own-able lot and use it as an vacation home for your Sims. If you pick a vacation destination you could choose either a base lot to stay in or either choose a vacation home that your Sim bought and own. What I did was used the testingcheatenabled true than typed in EnableLockingLot true. Than I changed the lot from a community lot and changed it to residential own-able lot. You will also need to have Showtime installed in order for a few of the objects to show up Enjoy!!!

Graham's Pet Shot # 2

Hello to visitors and followers. I have decided to renovate the grahams pet shot, and added two more levels to the place. The second level is added for more, plus a bathroom for convenience.
There is more buyers content for the pets, and the third level has a bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen.
